Each of our Carers go through a rigorous vetting and onboarding process to ensure they meet The Good Companion Australia standards. This includes an online proficiency test, a face-to-face interview, reference checks and a police check. All Carers have formal qualifications in Aged care, Disability care or both and have 3 or more years of experience delivering care support in Australia.
Yes. We have in-house professionals. We also collaborate with a number of external providers where more specialized services are required.
