Our trained and insured staff provide quality in-home care to clients with diverse needs, including palliative and respite care.

TGCA Care’s support workers are carefully selected to ensure the highest standard of service and knowledge. All of our Support Workers have graduated from a recognized personal health care program and possess current CPR and First Aid certificates. TGCA Care’s recruitment process features a thorough background check including employment history, criminal record, vulnerable sector screening. We support our staff with ongoing training to keep their knowledge current and their skills at the top of the industry.

Finding The Right Support workers

Each client we serve has a unique set of needs. We tailor our care plan on an individual basis, right down to which support worker will provide service to guarantee the best experience for you or your loved ones. We provide a free in-home consultation to match you with a caregiver that can best address your needs. Ultimately, the final decision is left to you. If you aren’t totally happy with the support worker we select for you, we will match you with another support worker. Our main priority is providing you with the quality in-home care you need and deserve.
